For ship owners and operators we provide advice and litigation services in connection with collision, salvage, wreck removal and pollution liabilities, and we assist our clients in dealing with interventions by local and state authorities and any media exposure that a case may attract. On the side of cargo interests we handle cargo damage, delays and insurance matters, like on basis of Institute Cargo Clauses amongst others related to General Average.
